We were honoured this year to have reached our 30th anniversary and to mark the occasion, the Moon of India restaurant held a 30th anniversary party hosted by the current owner Mr M.A Hayder on Sunday August the 3rd 2008. Many of our local customers attended to enjoy food, drinks and entertainment along with speeches from Mr Hayder himself and our special guests. The special guests who graced us with their prescence on the day included Seaford Mayor Carolyn Lambert, Seaford Town Councillor Pat Bennett, Lewes MP Norman Baker and the Deputy Mayor of Eastbourne Mr Harun Miah.

We are glad to say that the event was a great success and hopefully this won't be the last anniversary party to take place at the Moon of India. We thank all our customers and our special guests who attended the party and we were glad to see all having a great time. We also thank the dedication and commitment of the restaurant staff who worked very hard to make the day a success.
